Overview
Texas Sports Academy partners with families and communities to provide high-quality athletic opportunities,
with a strong focus on homeschool families. Our outreach and sales efforts depend entirely on the quality of
our leads — precision and judgment matter.
The Role
You will identify, qualify, and organize sports facilities that are strong outreach targets for our sales team.
This role feeds directly into our sales funnel. Good leads create momentum; bad leads waste time.
Key Responsibilities
• Research sports facilities using low-income ZIP codes
• Identify facilities likely serving homeschool families
• Capture accurate facility and contact information
• Organize and tag leads in Close CRM
• Build and improve a repeatable research system
Ideal Candidate
• Sharp, resourceful, and self-directed
• Fast and fluent with online research tools
• Strong judgment and pattern recognition
• Process-minded and detail-oriented

Compensation & Hours
$25–35/hour depending on experience
20–40 hours per week
