Our main long-term project is raising funds to build a Wellness and Healing Centre that will cater for all kinds of people from all walks of life.  In South Africa there is an alarming number of people especially youth, that suffer from depression, trauma, unresolved grief and family conflict. Our center’s main objection will be to help these individuals heal, regain balance, and reintegrate into society.

Here are the key aspects of the centre:

• The centre is a Wellness centre, not a Medical centre.
• The centre will offer the following programs and treatments:
• Counselling and therapy: One on one, group, family sessions
• Healing programs: Workshops on grief recovery, stress management, trauma healing
• Wellness activities: Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Breathing Techniques
• Holistic Healing: Reiki, Reflexology, Antaneea Technique and Chakra balancing
• Creative activities: Art, Music & Dance and Journalling
• Life Skills training: Conflict Resolution, Communication, Emotional Intelligence
• Community Support: Peer groups and mentorship
• Silent sessions

These treatments will be done by qualified and certified therapists.
